Reiki is an ancient holistic healing art form that uses universal life force energy to heal. Both at The Healing Loft, and online, Reiki Master Teacher and Co-Founder of The Reiki School of Energy Healing and of The Healing Loft Inc., Anne-Marie Caicco, offers all the levels of Usui and Ascension Reiki. These courses includes First Degree Reiki, Second Degree Reiki, The Reiki Master Course, The Reiki Master Practitioner Training Program, The Reiki Master Teacher Program, plus all 17 degrees of Ascension Reiki. Anne-Marie also teaches all the levels of Reiki Dimensional Consciousness Training.
First DegreeReiki
The First Degree Reiki Course is a beginner-friendly introduction to the practice of Reiki, focusing on self-healing, energy management, and personal transformation. Reiki Level 1 is the first step on a journey of self-discovery and transformation. Before holding space for others, this practice encourages you to clear your own energy, raise your vibration, and expand your consciousness. Many students come to Reiki seeking connection, meaning, and healing—and through this practice, they often find exactly that. Reiki fosters a deep trust in oneself, a sense of inner clarity, and a connection to something greater—Reiki universal life force energy that is always present.

Pre-requisite: First Degree Reiki Course
Second Degree Reiki is an intermediate level Reiki course that builds upon the foundational teachings of First Degree Reiki. Students receive a Second Degree Reiki attunement, which deepens their connection to Reiki energy and increases their ability to channel it. In Second Degree Reiki, participants are attuned to send Reiki energy through time and space as they learn various methods of distance healing, also referred to as remote healing. This expands the scope of Reiki practice beyond hands-on healing, allowing Reiki students to send healing energy to individuals, situations, or events regardless of physical proximity or timeline. One of the key elements of Second Degree Reiki is the introduction to three sacred Reiki symbols and their corresponding mantras. Students learn to draw and activate these Reiki symbols to focus energy in specific ways, such as for mental-emotional healing and for distance healing. Students also receive instruction on ancestral healing and engage in an exploration of their family tree. Students are guided to use Reiki distance healing methods to direct healing energy to their family tree and to recognize ancestral and intergenerational patterns. During this course, students engage in distance healing practice sessions to experience giving and receiving distance healing. These practice sessions help students to become familiar with distance energy techniques and also foster intuition development. Additionally, various original and advanced distance healing techniques are taught to broaden the student’s scope of practice.
Overall, The Second Degree Reiki Course represents a significant step in a Reiki Student’s journey, providing them with additional tools and knowledge to expand their healing abilities and deepen their understanding of Reiki energy. Students will receive a Second Degree Reiki Manual in digital PDF files, and a Second Degree Reiki Certificate from The Reiki School of Energy Healing. After completing the Second Degree Reiki Course, participants may use the title, “Reiki Student.”

The Reiki Master Course
Pre-requisite: Second Degree Reiki Course
Additional Pre-Requisites: An integration time of 6 months is required after graduating from The Second Degree Reiki Course before entering into The Reiki Master Course. Reiki students are encouraged to spend this time integrating the Reiki teachings and symbols into their daily lives. Receiving attunements during Reiki courses can cause shifts in one's energy system. This wait time allows the body, mind, emotions, and energy field to adjust to these changes gradually. It has been observed that rushing through levels without allowing for this adjustment period may overwhelm the student and interfere with their energetic balance. The wait time also acknowledges that personal and spiritual growth cannot be rushed. Reiki Students are also encouraged to memorize the three Second Degree Reiki symbols in preparation for The Reiki Master Course.
The Reiki Master Course is an advanced level Reiki course. It represents a significant vibrational step up for Reiki Master Students who wish to deepen their understanding, commitment, and ability to practice Reiki.
In this course, Reiki Master Students are attuned to three Reiki Master symbols and their corresponding mantras. These Reiki Master symbols are considered sacred and powerful in enhancing the flow of Reiki energy and may be used for healing, spiritual growth, and personal transformation. This course includes the Reiki Master attunement process conducted by a Reiki Master Teacher. This attunement further refines and amplifies the student's ability to channel Reiki energy. The Reiki Master attunement is often experienced as a profound event that deepens the student’s connection to Reiki, to their own spiritual path, and even to their destiny.
In our lineage of Reiki, Reiki Master Students are also taught two new and very powerful healing techniques that focus on transmuting and transcending larger patterns of energy. These techniques are referred to as the 4-Symbol Attunement and the 6-Symbol Attunement. The 4-Symbol Attunement releases energetic patterns that no longer serve the recipient, whereas the 6-Symbol Attunement brings in energies to aid in manifestation and realization. During this course, Reiki Master Students both give and receive several healing treatments using these new attunements to aid in their personal healing and evolution. As part of our Reiki Master Course, Master Students are also given unique, practical knowledge and tools to deepen and transcend their own self-healing work, and to aid them in their lifelong journey towards Mastery.
Participants also learn various ways to use the Reiki Master symbols to enhance First and Second Degree Reiki techniques. Included is also instruction on ethics for healers, and a variety of other concepts and topics to consider as a Healer and as a Reiki Master.
After completing the Reiki Master Course, one may use the title, “Reiki Master.”

The Reiki Master Practitioner Training Program
Pre-requisite: The Reiki Master Course
The Reiki Master Practitioner Training Program is designed to empower Reiki Masters with the knowledge and skills to become accomplished Reiki Master Practitioners. Completing the Reiki Practitioner Training Program adds to a practitioner's professional credibility. Clients are more likely to seek out and trust practitioners who have formal practitioner training and certification. This trust is crucial for creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable and open to the healing process.
With a focus on the client-practitioner relationship, this program is designed to delve into the intricacies of building and maintaining effective and connected relationships between Reiki Master Practitioners and their clients.
This program includes training on administering Reiki sessions, starting with the Reiki Practitioner’s introduction to a client, to the conclusion of a healing session and beyond. This training not only enhances the quality of each session, but also allows practitioners to adapt their approach to meet individual client needs, leading to more personalized and powerful Reiki treatments.
There is also instruction on how to administer remote healing sessions and on working with a pendulum.
In addition, participants will learn a NEW Reiki Master Practitioner Level healing technique during the program.
The program also focuses on both intuition development and on utilizing multiple ways to assess a client's energy field during a Reiki session. Both of these skills create the possibility of accessing more energetic feedback to share with the client after their Reiki treatment. These practices heighten a practitioner’s intuitive abilities and sensitivity to energy fields. Enhanced intuition enables practitioners to detect and address subtle imbalances in a client’s energy, providing more targeted and impactful healing. This heightened sensitivity can lead to quicker identification of issues and more profound results.
In this advanced Practitioner Training Program, Reiki Master Practitioners also learn more about the ethical considerations and responsibilities involved in practicing Reiki. This includes respecting client confidentiality, understanding the limits of Reiki healing, scope of practice, code of ethics and maintaining professionalism.
After completing this training program, participants may use the title, “Reiki Master Practitioner."
Class graduates may choose to become Members of The Reiki School of Energy Healing as a Reiki Master Practitioner.
The Reiki Master Practitioner Training Program consists of twelve 3-hour classes, plus other course related requirements. The pre-requisite for The Reiki Master Practitioner Training Program is the Reiki Master Course.
Reiki Masters who have studied with Reiki lineages other than The Reiki School of Energy Healing will be required to complete a short mini-course to ensure that they are entering The Reiki Master Practitioner Training Program with the necessary background, knowledge, and skills.
The Reiki Master Practitioner Training Program is the pre-requisite for The Reiki Master Teacher Program. The Reiki Master Teacher Program trains Reiki Master Practitioners to teach Reiki, beginning with The First Degree Reiki Teacher Training Course, which fully prepares you with the knowledge, training, information and resources to pass on the First Degree Reiki teachings to others.

Ascension Reiki Courses
Ascension Reiki honours the first three traditional degrees of Usui Reiki, and then continues the Reiki concepts and teachings with new symbols and new energy information, beginning with Fourth Degree Ascension Reiki and progressing all the way to the Twenty-First Degree of Ascension Reiki.
These courses introduce you to the Ascension Reiki lineage, as well as to Shamanic Reiki and Shamanic Journeys.
You will learn new Ascension Reiki Symbols in each degree. The focus is on your own ascension process and shifting into higher dimensions of consciousness aided by these new symbols, and also aided by the Shamanic journeys, meditation practices and higher consciousness teachings.
Each level of Ascension Reiki helps to move you further along on your path of Ascension by raising your vibrational awareness, and by providing you with new tools and techniques and new methods of working with spiritual energy.
In my teaching of Ascension Reiki, I have combined Ascension teachings with Shamanic teachings. With each level of Ascension Reiki, we move into higher levels of Ascension and deeper levels of Shamanism.
