Sheila has an honours degree in Psychology, a Masters degree in Social Work and is trained in many evidenced based interventions, specializing in trauma and emotion processing. She has worked with individuals, couples and families in Sault Ste. Marie for over fourteen years and provides treatment for a variety of issues, life stressors, and mental health concerns. She is also a certified Somatic Breathwork Practitioner and a Reiki Master Practitioner of the Usui Reiki system. 

Sheila has presented at multiple conferences,  offered training for clinicians, and has created several programs for personal and corporate wellness.  She offers a variety of workshops, seminars, and trainings on multiple topics of wellness including; Setting Boundaries, Connection for Couples, Improving Workplace Dynamics,  Emotional Healing, Compassionate Parenting,  Self-Empowerment, Divine Feminine Healing,  Trauma, Inner Child Healing, and Somatic Breathwork.

Her life’s passion and purpose is to support people along their journey to wellness and to be a catalyst for their self-discovery, empowerment and healing.
